A guide for women in the in-between — between who you were, and who you're becoming.
“I never imagined I could feel this free, this alive.”
Bibi
For most of my life, I poured myself into the people I loved — raising a family, supporting a marriage, caring for the people who needed me most. It was meaningful, deeply meaningful. And it shaped who I am.
And then, the way these things happen, the chapter changed. The children grew. The roles softened. The house got quiet. And one day I caught myself standing in my own life asking a question I hadn't asked in decades: What now? What do I want? Who am I, outside of who I've been to everyone else?
That question changed me. Not because the answer came easily — it didn't — but because I learned how to walk toward it. I learned how to release the parts of myself that no longer fit. I learned how to rediscover the parts I'd quietly tucked away. And I learned how to reinvent, on purpose, with intention.
Now I walk alongside other women who are standing in the same in-between place. Women who have given everything to everyone, and who are finally ready to ask — what's next for me?
I'm a Certified Transformational Life Coach, but I don't coach. I guide. I listen. I create space. I help you find the clarity that's already inside you — and then I help you turn it into a real, designed next chapter you can actually live.
You don't need someone to tell you who to be. You need someone to walk beside you while you remember.
